A Day at Rip & Roll Camp

Rip & Roll is open to all levels, and the whole week is designed for you to move at your own pace. We offer structured lessons in surf and BJJ, but there’s also open surfing, open mats and plenty of space to do things in your own time.

You never need to feel pressure to make every session — this is your holiday, your reset, and your chance to step away from the noise of everyday life.

Pick what feels right, explore what interests you, and enjoy playful, creative improvement in whatever you choose to do. The goal is simple: unwind, have fun, and make the week your own.

Daily Flow

Every day is yours to shape. Take part in lessons, jump into open mats or surf anytime, or simply rest and enjoy the space. No pressure — just a holiday you can make your own.

8:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Nourish

Ease into the morning with a relaxed Moroccan breakfast — fresh fruit, breads, eggs, coffee and sunshine. A slow, grounding start to fuel the day ahead.

09:30 AM - Gi Jiu-Jitsu Seminar

Step onto the mats for a structured Gi seminar with Luke Saldanha and Christopher Newman. Each session follows a clear theme for the week, open to all levels and easy to follow whether you come to one class or all of them

2:00 PM - Surf Session

Head to the Anza beach break — just a few steps from the surf house — for surf lessons with coaching and video analysis. Open to all levels, from first waves to confident surfers looking to sharpen their timing and positioning.

15:30–16:15 — Yoga Reset

A gentle yoga session to open the body, release tension and reset after the morning’s activities. Suitable for all levels, helping you stay balanced through the week.

16:30–17:30 — Meditation with Jai

A calming session to settle your mind, breathe and reconnect before the evening picks up. A quiet moment in the day that supports everything else you do.

18:00–19:30 — No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Seminar

A structured No-Gi session continuing the week’s technical theme. Open to all levels and easy to follow even if you drop in occasionally. A great place to build flow, problem-solve and move freely.

20:00–21:00 — Dinner

Gather for a fresh three-course Moroccan dinner made with local ingredients. A relaxed, social moment to reset, refuel and enjoy good company.
