Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• By paying a deposit or full balance, you automatically accept all Rip & Roll Terms & Conditions.

• Deposit amounts: £200 for all shared room types / £400 for Deluxe Suite (covers up to 2 people).

• Final balance is due by 28th February 2026.

• After this date, the deposit option closes and all bookings must be paid in full.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
   

 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• Remaining balance refundable up to 30 days before the event, via email request.

• Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued.

• Booking transfers allowed with email approval.

• Applicable refunds processed within 14 days.
   

 

3. Travel & Insurance

• Guests must arrange their own flights, passports, visas, and travel insurance.

• Rip & Roll is not responsible for missed, delayed, or cancelled flights.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
   

 

4. Activities, Risk & Waivers

• Surfing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu involve inherent risks; participation is voluntary.

• By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

• All guests must sign waivers on arrival.

• Guests must disclose medical conditions relevant to safety.

• Rip & Roll is not liable for injuries sustained during activities.
   

 

5. Room Allocation

• Guests will receive the room they have paid for.

• Final allocation is determined by Rip & Roll based on operational needs.

• If a room becomes unavailable, an upgrade, downgrade, or refund will be offered.

• All decisions will be made in communication with the guest.
   

 

6. Behaviour & Conduct

• Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property.

• Dangerous, abusive, disruptive, or illegal behaviour may result in removal without refund.

• Guests are liable for damage they cause.
   

 

7. Media & Marketing Consent

• By attending, guests consent to being photographed and filmed.

• Rip & Roll may use event media for marketing (social media, website, advertising).

• Guests may request not to be tagged, but general usage still applies.
   

 

8. Force Majeure

• Rip & Roll is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control (weather, illness, natural events, travel disruption, government restrictions).

• No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

• Schedules and activities may be adjusted for safety.
   

 

9. Programme Changes

• Programme timings may be adjusted due to weather, operational needs, or safety.

• Surf session times may shift depending on conditions.

• No refunds apply for schedule changes.
   

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

• Payment of deposit or full balance constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.

• No signature or checkbox is required.
   

 

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

• Rip & Roll collects only necessary booking and safety information (name, contact details, booking details, payment records, medical notes if provided).

• Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff.

• Data is shared only with essential operational partners (e.g., surf school, accommodation).

• Data is retained for 24 months, then permanently deleted.

• Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
